The powder room is a modern twist on classic elegance,  a true balancing act of traditional details and sleek contemporary lines. The blend of textures, materials and the warm gray & brown tones  make the space feel, inviting, sophisticated and chic. The lighting is soft and warm, casting a flattering glow, and creating a relaxing ambiance.

The floating vanity is the focal point. The dark stained slab front drawers house gorgeous brass hardware. The star of the show is the beautiful countertop with an integrated sink. The quartz is honed and feels luxurious to touch. The haisa marble tiles are laid in a vertical offset bond pattern. This complements the front edge of the countertop while also drawing your eyes to the 9 ft ceilings. The mirror case the soft light and shadows from the sconces around the room. Our goal was to make a visit to the powder room feel tranquil and luxurious.

The floors are original to the home and will eventually be redone. The floating vanity is both for aesthetics and for practicality.
